GM Design Associates are a Royal Town Planning Institute Chartered Practice offering the full range of planning related services. Strategic Planning and Masterplanning for the co-ordinated and comprehensive development of large scale sites for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments is a major aspect of our planning related work. Our experience in this discipline spans over 30 years with many of our Masterplans having now been fully realised creating great places where people want to live, work and play. The practice is also a Member of the Urban Design Group recognising our commitment to the quality of the Urban Design when master planning places.
